Supplier Code of Conduct 

Our Supplier Code of Conduct is based on GlobalFoundries’ Code of Conduct and GlobalFoundries’ Global Human Rights Policy and is aligned with the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct (“RBA Code”) which is a set of globally recognized social, environmental and ethical industry standards.

We ask you to read our complete Supplier Code of Conduct as all of our suppliers shall comply with the requirements described herein. In addition, each of our suppliers shall ensure that its affiliates, contractors and subcontractors also comply with the requirements.
