All suppliers are expected to operate in accordance with GlobalFoundries’ Supplier Code of Conduct and applicable legal and ethical requirements. As a member of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), GlobalFoundries promotes responsible sourcing practices across its supply chain.

We are committed to conducting business with integrity and encourage suppliers and their employees to speak up if they have a concern.
Concerns may be reported through GlobalFoundries’ Ethics First Helpline, anonymously where permitted by applicable law. The helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by phone at 1‑866‑345‑6885 (U.S.) or online at www.globalfoundries.ethicspoint.com, where direct dial numbers for other countries are available.

It also addresses essential topics such as regulatory, audit and compliance obligations, including labor laws, trade controls and supplier audit requirements and supports a resilient and accountable global supply network.
