Built beginning in 2009, our Malta site anchors advanced semiconductor manufacturing in the United States and serves as the company’s global headquarters. As a large‑scale 300mm facility, Malta supports FinFET, FD‑SOI, feature‑rich CMOS, power and silicon photonics technologies.
Products manufactured here enable AI and high‑performance computing, mobile and communications infrastructure as well as aerospace, defense and critical infrastructure applications. The Fsite is a cornerstone of New York’s Tech Valley, one of the state’s most significant public‑private investments, and a designated U.S. Department of Homeland Security site.
