Built beginning in 2009, our Malta site anchors advanced semiconductor manufacturing in the United States and serves as the company’s global headquarters. As a large‑scale 300mm facility, Malta supports FD-SOI, FinFET, RF-SOI and silicon photonics technologies.
Products manufactured here enable AI and high‑performance computing, mobile and communications infrastructure as well as aerospace, defense and critical infrastructure applications. The site is a cornerstone of New York’s Tech Valley, one of the state’s most significant public‑private investments, and a designated U.S. Department of Homeland Security site.
