Our approach to public policy engagement
Our public policy activities are grounded in transparency, responsible governance and constructive collaboration. We engage with policymakers around the world to advance public policies that support secure, sustainable and resilient semiconductor manufacturing.
We collaborate with trade associations, coalitions and other industry organizations where priorities align with our mission and values. Through these partnerships, we contribute expertise, perspective and advocacy to support policy objectives that strengthen the global semiconductor ecosystem.
Governance & transparency
Our public policy engagement is guided by our Worldwide Standards of Business Conduct and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Our activities are overseen through established governance and accountability processes.
In the U.S., we disclose lobbying activity as required by law and file reports on a quarterly basis in accordance with applicable regulations. These reports are available through the Senate’s Lobbying Disclosure Act Database. Outside the U.S., we comply with all relevant disclosure requirements for political engagement and lobbying activity. Globally, we do not make direct political contributions to political candidates.
