Hui Peng Koh

Hui Peng Koh is senior vice president of Quantum Technology Solutions within GF Labs at GlobalFoundries (GF), a role she assumed in 2026. In this role, she leads the development organization responsible for advancing and scaling GF’s quantum technology capabilities including the technology roadmap, development programs and foundational technologies that support the company’s quantum strategy.

Ms. Koh brings more than 25 years of experience in semiconductor research, development and high-volume manufacturing, along with extensive global leadership experience managing multinational organizations. Her expertise spans equipment and process engineering innovation, operational excellence and cost management. She has a proven track record of delivering transformative business results and developing strong talent pipelines.

Ms. Koh began her career as a lithography process development engineer at GF’s Singapore facility. After delivering multiple successful technology-node deployments in Singapore, she relocated to the United States to lead a GF research program focused on EUV lithography in Albany, N.Y.

During her tenure at the Malta, N.Y., site, Ms. Koh expanded her leadership portfolio as a module engineering executive and later as vice president of engineering. In 2023, she was appointed senior vice president and general manager of GF’s New York facility, where she strengthened operational performance, expanded manufacturing capacity and advanced the fab’s role in GF’s differentiated technology roadmap.

Ms. Koh holds a master’s degree in materials engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
