GF Labs is our central R&D organization, leading the development of differentiated process technologies in close partnership with research institutes, industry partners, universities and governments. GF Labs steers next-generation innovations into our production portfolio, ensuring research is manufacturable by design.
University partnerships
Our university partnership network connects more than 80 universities and over 100 professors to our technology roadmap. These partnerships support joint R&D, workforce development and a strong talent pipeline for our fabs across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
GF Accelerate
GF Accelerate is our venture investment program, backing early-stage founders building the next generation of essential semiconductor and deep-tech innovation. Through limited-partner commitments and direct collaborations with leading venture firms across the U.S., Europe and Singapore, we connect emerging companies to our manufacturing expertise and differentiated technology platforms.
