Examples of GF Transitions

GlobalFoundries provides its employees with Military Leave of Absence in compliance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA). GlobalFoundries provides employees out under reserve training with supplemental pay for up to 10 workdays per calendar year and employees out under active duty with supplemental pay for up to 6 months per calendar year. While on leave, employee’s benefits will remain active* and their vacation will continue to accrue.

*Employee must continue to make premium payments

The Veterans Resource Group was created on Veterans Day 2019, with a mission to Build our veteran talent pool, Grow our internal professional network, and Support our local veteran community. We are a group made up of veterans, veteran spouses, family members, and allies of veterans who come together on a regular basis to help S.E.R.V.E veterans at GF and in our community.
