Sam Franklin

Sam Franklin is Chief Financial Officer of GF, a position he has held since December 2025. As CFO, he is responsible for the company’s financial operations and strategy, global supply chain and corporate development as well as GF’s engagement with the global investment community.

Since joining GF in 2022, Mr. Franklin has leveraged almost 20 years of experience in investment management and corporate finance to drive financial performance and strategic growth. Previously, Mr. Franklin held the roles of Senior Vice President of Business Finance and Operations, and prior to that Vice President of Capital Markets, Treasury and Investor Relations, leading GF’s initiatives across the equity and debt markets and managing funding, risk and liquidity. Prior to joining GF, Mr. Franklin held senior finance roles at Mubadala Investment Company, MUFG Bank and Barclays.

Mr. Franklin holds a Law degree from Durham University in England and is an accredited Fellow Chartered Management Accountant and Corporate Treasurer.
