Nancy Kelly

Nancy Kelly is Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at GF, a position she was appointed to in 2024. In this role, she leads both the marketing and communications functions, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to elevate the company’s brand, corporate and internal communications and marketing efforts.

Ms. Kelly brings nearly two decades of experience in semiconductor marketing and communications with expertise in campaigns, public relations, content marketing, marketing operations, portfolio marketing, regional marketing, sales enablement, and website management. Prior to joining GF, Ms. Kelly served as Vice President of Brand Marketing at Texas Instruments. Previously, she held a variety of senior leadership positions across TI’s marketing and communications organizations.

Ms. Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin.

Téa Williams

Téa Williams

Téa Williams is Senior Vice President, Power Product Line at GlobalFoundries (GF), a position she was appointed to in 2023. Ms. Williams brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in strategic business development, product development, and operations management in the semiconductor industry.

Prior to joining GF, Ms. Williams served as Senior Vice President for the 3D Sensing Business at Lumentum. Ms. Williams began her career as a design engineer at Texas Instruments. During her 17-year tenure there, she served in various roles from engineering to business leadership as well as site leadership.

Ms. Williams holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas as well as Executive Education from INSEAD and Harvard Business School Executive Education.

Pradip Singh

Pradip Singh

Pradip Singh is Chief Manufacturing Officer at GF, a position he was appointed to in 2024. He is responsible for GF’s global manufacturing operations, quality and supply chain. Mr. Singh joined GF in 2009 and has more than 20 years of foundry industry experience with a proven track record in manufacturing operations and technology transfer. Mr. Singh’s career spans manufacturing, management and operational leadership in various countries across GF’s global network.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Singh was senior vice president and general manager of Global Competitive Manufacturing and U.S. Fab Operations at GF, supporting New York and Vermont Fab operations to accelerate performance and drive greater regional collaboration and synergies across the sites as well as managing the Global Competitive Manufacturing team that drives the adoptions of best practices across all GF fab sites.

Prior to that, Mr. Singh was vice president and general manager of GF’s 200mm radio frequency (RF) manufacturing operations in Essex Junction, Vermont. He also previously served as senior director of manufacturing operations at the company’s 300mm semiconductor facility in Malta, New York, and held leadership roles at GF’s manufacturing facility in Dresden, Germany. Mr. Singh began his career with Chartered Semiconductor where he held positions of increasing responsibility in many of the company’s Singapore fabs.

Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Samantha Garrison

Samantha Garrison

Samanatha Garrison is Director and Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GlobalFoundries (GF), a position she was appointed to in 2024.

Since joining GF in 2018, Ms. Garrison has held several positions in Module Engineering, served as Chief of Staff to the GM at GF’s Essex Junction, Vermont, facility and most recently established its automation team. Prior to joining GF, Ms. Garrison held several roles in beverage and appliance research and development at Keurig Dr. Pepper and was a member of the founding team at Drinkworks. She began her career at IBM Microelectronics as a process engineer.

Ms. Garrison holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University. She holds several patents and has published in the field of semiconductor apparatus and devices.

Samuel Vicari

Samuel Vicari

Samuel Vicari is the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at GF, a position he was appointed to in 2024. He is responsible for the end-to-end customer journey across business development, customer technical delivery and management of strategic partnerships and end markets. In his role Mr. Vicari also oversees customer solutions, tapeout operations, commercial strategy and commercial operations.

Mr. Vicari brings almost three decades of experience in semiconductor sales with expertise in global business development, building lasting relationships with customers and with a proven track record of delivering top-line growth and market share gains in the fast-paced technology sector. Prior to joining GF, Mr. Vicari served as President of Texas Instruments Japan where he led the operations there for about five years. Previously, he held a variety of sales management positions across TI’s EMEA region.

Mr. Vicari holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

John Hollister

John Hollister

John Hollister is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at GF, responsible for the company’s financial operations and strategy, global supply chain, and corporate development.

Mr. Hollister joined GF in 2024, bringing more than two decades of finance and operations experience in the semiconductor industry and a proven track record as a CFO of a publicly traded company. Prior to his role at GF, Mr. Hollister spent nearly two decades at Silicon Labs, serving as CFO and Senior Vice President for 10 years and leading the company’s growth in broad-based semiconductor and Internet of Things (IoT) markets, after serving in various roles of increasing responsibility from 2004 to 2013 in different Silicon Labs locations. Prior to joining Silicon Labs, Mr. Hollister held various finance positions at Cirrus Logic, Veritas DGC, 3-D Geophysical and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Hollister currently serves as a member of the board of directors of MacroFab.

Mr. Hollister is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in professional accounting as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin.

Tim Breen

Tim Breen is Chief Operating Officer (COO) at GF, a position he was appointed to in 2023 and, effective April 28, 2025, will serve as Chief Executive Officer. As COO, he oversees GF’s global operations, including the manufacturing and digital transformation teams. He has also served as a director on the GF board since 2018.

Prior to becoming COO, Mr. Breen served as a senior advisor to the Chief Executive Officer with a focus on supporting the company’s business, supply chain and digital transformations. Starting in 2018, he supported the company in various executive roles including leading strategy, business transformation and finance. Since 2010, Mr. Breen served as a member of the senior leadership team of GF’s founding shareholder, Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala). He also serves as Chairman of the board of directors of NOVA Chemicals. Prior to joining Mubadala in 2010, he was a partner with McKinsey & Company in Abu Dhabi.

Mr. Breen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from London Business School.

Niels Anderskouv  

Niels Anderskouv

Niels Anderskouv is Chief Business Officer (CBO) at GF, a position he has held since 2023 and, effective April 28, 2025, will serve as President and Chief Operating Officer. As CBO, Mr. Anderskouv is responsible for leading GF’s product and technology roadmap, business and commercial strategy, marketing and communications, as well as the company’s go-to-market execution. In his role, Mr. Anderskouv also oversees GF’s product management, design platforms and business strategy and planning teams.

Mr. Anderskouv brings more than 25 years of experience spanning engineering, executive management and global leadership in the semiconductor industry. Most recently, Mr. Anderskouv served as Senior Vice President and Executive Officer at Texas Instruments, where he was responsible for the company’s multi-billion-dollar Analog Power business. He offers deep expertise in power management, analog and mixed-signal technologies and an impeccable track record of driving and delivering financial performance. Mr. Anderskouv has been the Chairman of the board of directors of KeepIt since 2017.  

Mr. Anderskouv earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) in Copenhagen.

Sam Franklin

Sam Franklin

Sam Franklin is Senior Vice President of Business Finance & Operations at GF. Mr. Franklin is responsible for leading the company’s strategic, product and commercial F&O functions as well as GF’s interface with the global investment community.

Previously, Mr. Franklin was Vice President of Capital Markets, Treasury and Investor Relations, responsible for leading GF’s activities across the equity and debt capital markets, in addition to funding, risk and liquidity management.

Before joining GF in 2022, Mr. Franklin spent over 15 years in investment management and investment banking, holding senior finance positions with Mubadala Investment Company, MUFG Bank and Barclays.

Mr. Franklin holds a Law degree from Durham University in England and is an accredited Fellow Chartered Management Accountant and Corporate Treasurer.

Ashlie Wallace

Ashlie Wallace

Ashlie Wallace is Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Procurement at GF, a position she was appointed to in 2022. She has global responsibility for the company’s supply chain operations including planning, logistics, sourcing and procurement as well as overseeing all components of the company’s supply chain strategy. 

Prior to joining GF, Ms. Wallace was Vice President of the Global Services Logistics and Operations of Cisco, where she was responsible for global logistics operations and the service supply chain. Before holding that position, she led various supply chain functions at Dell Technologies, where she most recently served as Vice President Procurement for the Server business.

Ms. Wallace holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Texas State University.
