Pradheepa Raman

Pradheepa Raman is Chief People Officer at GF, a position she was appointed to in 2022. She has global responsibility for the company’s human resources practice areas including talent acquisition, development and retention, creation and delivery of people solutions, total rewards, organizational development and further strengthening GF’s commitment to innovation, safety and a respectful workplace culture.

Prior to joining GF, Ms. Raman was Global Head of Human Resources and Chief Transformation Officer for the Global Tools & Storage business unit of Stanley Black & Decker, where she led a comprehensive effort to deliver a best-in-class employee experience, built organizational resiliency through skills and leadership development, and helped enable business growth and innovation across the business unit. Before holding that position, she was the Chief Talent Officer and led talent acquisition, development and engagement for Stanley Black & Decker’s 60,000 employees and transformed the entire company’s approach to creating a best-in-class employee experience.

Before her career with Stanley Black & Decker, Ms. Raman held senior human resource positions at Samsung Electronics America and Avaya. Ms. Raman began her career as a software developer.

Ms. Raman holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering and Technology in Tamil Nadu, India, and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University in New Jersey.

Ted Letavic

Ted Letavic

Ted Letavic is Corporate Fellow, the first to hold this position, introduced at the time of his appointment in 2022. The Corporate Fellow role was created in recognition of the importance of innovation to the future of the company.

Mr. Letavic leads GF’s Silicon Photonics Technology Solutions team and provides innovation and technical leadership to GF Labs.
Previously, Mr. Letavic was Vice President of Compute and Wired Infrastructure, where he played a central role in developing GF’s innovative silicon photonics technology, as well as the creation of compelling, differentiated technology value propositions for customers in the smart mobile device, personal computing, home and industrial Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and communications infrastructure and data center markets.

His career spans more than 30 years of roles involving semiconductor innovation. In addition to GF, Mr. Letavic has held technology leadership positions with Philips, NXP and IBM. He is a GF master inventor with over 60 U.S. patents granted.

Mr. Letavic holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Ed Kaste

Ed Kaste

Ed Kaste is Senior Vice President of Ultra-low Power Product Line at GF, a position he was appointed to in 2023. In this role, Mr. Kaste leads the company’s Ultra-low Power business that enables customers to deliver solutions for the end-markets GF serves: smart mobile devices, home and industrial Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, communications infrastructure and data center, and aerospace and defense.

Previously, Mr. Kaste was Senior Vice President of Product Management, Vice President of GF’s Home and Industrial IoT business, and Vice President of GF’s FDX™ business. In these roles, Mr. Kaste was responsible for managing GF’s end-to-end product portfolio, as well as driving business growth around differentiated solutions for edge-compute, connectivity, human-machine interaction and power management. Prior to those positions, Mr. Kaste also held leadership roles at GF’s state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility in Malta, New York.

Before joining GF in 2015, Mr. Kaste held various leadership positions in advanced semiconductor research, development and manufacturing for IBM’s Microelectronics Unit in Fishkill, New York and Burlington, Vermont.

Mr. Kaste earned a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Cornell University.

Kevin Soukup

Kevin Soukup

Kevin Soukup is Senior Vice President of Silicon Photonics Product Line at GF, a position he was appointed to in 2024. In this role, Mr. Soukup leads the company’s Silicon Photonics business that enables customers to transport enormous volumes of data through high-speed, power efficient electro-optical systems.

Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Strategy Officer developing the company’s integrated strategy and ensuring that GF has the management systems in place to deliver. Mr. Soukup joined GF in 2011 and held positions of increasing responsibility in technology development and manufacturing operations for the next seven years. In 2018, Kevin transitioned to VP of Business Transformation and helped prepare GF for IPO in 2021.

Before his career with GF, Mr. Soukup spent eleven years with Samsung Electronics’ semiconductor unit in engineering and operations management positions.

Mr. Soukup holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of VueReal.

Dr. Bobby Yerramilli-Rao

Dr. Bobby Yerramilli-Rao

Dr. Bobby Yerramilli-Rao was elected to the board of directors in March 2022.
Dr. Yerramilli-Rao has served as Chief Strategy Officer and Corporate Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Microsoft Corporation since 2020.

Prior to Microsoft, he was Co-founder and Managing Partner of Fusion Global Capital, from 2011 to 2020. Dr. Yerramilli-Rao previously served as Corporate Strategy Director and Internet Services Director of Vodafone, from 2006 to 2010, where he was responsible for strategy and acquisitions related to digital services, serving on the company’s investment committee. Prior to his time at Vodafone, Dr. Yerramilli-Rao spent more than a decade at McKinsey, having been elected partner in 2000. He helped co-lead the telecom, media and technology practice.

Dr. Yerramilli-Rao currently serves on the board of directors of Genome Therapeutics Ltd. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Doctorate in Robotics from the University of Oxford.

Elissa Murphy

Elissa Murphy

Elissa Murphy was elected to the board of directors in September 2021.

Ms. Murphy is Senior Vice President at Cisco Systems, Inc. Prior to Cisco, she served as a Vice President of Engineering at Google, Inc. from 2016 to early 2023. Before Google, she was the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Cloud Platforms at GoDaddy from 2013 to 2016.

Ms. Murphy previously served as Vice President of Engineering at Yahoo! from late 2010 to 2013, where she oversaw the world’s largest private Hadoop cluster, a technology essential to massive-scale computing that is the basis of big data today. Prior to her time at Yahoo!, Ms. Murphy spent 13 years at Microsoft in various engineering positions including part of the original team responsible for Microsoft’s shift to the cloud, which led to the creation of Azure, and as a member of the High Performance Computing team.

Ms. Murphy began her technology career designing and building many of the best-selling computer security and system utilities with 5th Generation Systems, Quarterdeck and the Norton Group, a division at Symantec responsible for Norton Antivirus and other Norton products. Previously, Ms. Murphy served on the board of directors of Inphi. Ms. Murphy brings expertise in global-scale platforms, big data and predictive analytics to our Board. She currently has over 30 patents issued with several more pending in the areas of distributed systems, cloud, machine learning and security.

Jack Lazar

Jack Lazar

Jack Lazar was elected to the board of directors in July 2021.

Mr. Lazar has spent over thirty years in operational and finance leadership roles at technology companies across multiple industries, most recently as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of GoPro, Inc., which he helped to take public in 2014. Prior to GoPro, Mr. Lazar served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Manager of Qualcomm Atheros, Inc. From 2003 until the time in which it was acquired by Qualcomm in 2011, he served in a variety of leadership roles at Atheros Communications, Inc., most recently as CFO and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. In 2004, Mr. Lazar was part of the team that took Atheros public. He also served in leadership roles at NetRatings, Apptitude, and Electronics for Imaging, Inc.

Mr. Lazar currently serves as a member of the board of directors of several publicly traded companies including Box, Inc., Resideo Technologies Inc. and thredUP Inc.

Mr. Lazar holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree with an emphasis in Accounting from Santa Clara University and is a certified public accountant (inactive).

Brad Clay

Brad Clay

Brad Clay is Chief Information Officer of GF leading the company’s digital transformation.

Mr. Clay joined GF in 2021, bringing more than two decades of experience in enterprise-wide technology transformations and digital thought leadership. Previously, he spent 18 years at Lexmark International in a variety of roles including Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Compliance Officer, Vice President of Acquisition Integration and Chief Information Officer and Chief Financial Officer for North America, among other roles. Prior to his career at Lexmark, he worked in management roles in several organizations and industries including information technology, energy and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Mr. Clay holds a master’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of Oklahoma, a bachelor’s degree in General Engineering and Computer Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, and several certifications.

Mike Hogan

Mike Hogan

Michael Hogan is Chief Business Unit Officer at GF, a position he was appointed to in 2023 and, effective April 28, 2025, will serve as Chief Business Officer. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategy, development and execution of the company’s essential technology solutions, roadmaps and R&D across all product lines.

Mr. Hogan has more than 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining GF, Mr. Hogan was Senior Vice President and General Manager of IoT Compute and Wireless at Cypress Semiconductor. Previously, he held a variety of business line management and strategy roles at Broadcom/Avago across an array of wireless technologies, from Wi-Fi to cellular, prior to co-founding the IoT business that was subsequently divested to Cypress Semiconductor in 2016. Prior to that, he was CEO of PulseCore Semiconductor and Sirific Wireless. Mr. Hogan was the founding General Manager of the WLAN (wireless local area network) business at Texas Instruments, where he held a variety of sales and business unit general manager roles during his 16-year tenure.

Mr. Hogan holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.

Glenda Dorchak

Glenda Dorchak

Glenda Dorchak was elected to the board of directors in June 2019.

Ms. Dorchak spent over thirty years in operational leadership roles in the technology industry, most recently as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Global Business with Spansion, Inc., a flash memory manufacturer. She started her career with 20 years at IBM where she held a range of operating roles including General Manager PC Direct. She later moved to e-retailer Value America where she was part of the IPO team, eventually becoming Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Ms. Dorchak subsequently joined Intel Corp as Vice President and COO of Intel Communications Group then went on to serve as Vice President and General Manager, Broadband Products Group and later Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Electronics Group. After Intel, Ms. Dorchak was Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of Intrinsyc Software and Vice Chairman and CEO of VirtualLogix.

Ms. Dorchak currently does advisory and board work and serves as a member of the board of directors at ANSYS, Inc. and Wolfspeed Inc., as well as Cerebras Systems, a private company. As of October 2024, she earned a certification of sustainability expertise for the boardroom as a graduate of the inaugural directors program at Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability.
