Training

Our goal is to train young top talents in our European semiconductor centre to manufacture products for the future with our cutting-edge technologies. In addition to acquiring technical-theoretical knowledge in the classroom, you will learn all the practical tips and tricks for everyday work in our state-of-the-art in-house training workshop.

Every day, our trainers give their best to optimally and individually support our junior staff. The trainees work in different teams to promote their personal development and team initiatives in a flexible and supportive learning environment. Trainees are also entrusted with responsibility from the very beginning.
