  • GF operates 4 state-of-the-art 200mm manufacturing facilities in Singapore: Fab 2, 3E, 3/5, and 6.
  • Fab 2 and 3E provide expertise in the production of selected automotive IC products, High Voltage power management IC and Mixed-Signal products with embedded non-volatile memory technology
  • Fab 3/5 provides expertise in the production of High Voltage IC's for small panel display drivers and mobile power management modules
  • Fab 6 is a full copper fab that is capable of highly integrated CMOS and RFCMOS products for applications such as Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.
