Our Supplier Diversity / Small Business Program

Consists of:

  • Utilization – We integrate strategies to include competitive sourcing opportunities.; Tracking – We monitor and report our progress towards achieving our program targets with emphasis on continuous improvement.; Qualification – We verify that businesses meet the criteria of ownership to qualify as a minority, woman-owned, disadvantaged or HUB Zone certified firm.
  • Tracking – We monitor and report our progress quarterly towards achieving our program targets with emphasis on continuous improvement and benchmarking with other companies.
  • Outreach – We seek out diverse suppliers through active involvement with small business and minority development organizations. We focus to provide business opportunities for diverse suppliers in sourcing events. We drive awareness of the importance of diverse supplier management within GF’s supply chain.   We require our strategic suppliers to have a Tier 2 supplier diversity program.
