Kamal Khouri

Kamal Khouri is Vice President and General Manager, Feature-rich CMOS Product Line at GF, the company’s largest product line covering differentiated CMOS technology platforms that enable customers to deliver solutions for the automotive, home and industrial Internet of Things (IoT), smart mobile devices and aerospace & defense markets. He was appointed to this role in 2023.

Prior to his current role, he was GF’s vice president of automotive, leading a world-class team to deliver solutions fueling the transformation of modern mobility and vehicles, a position he held since 2020.

Dr. Khouri has more than 24 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining GF, he led the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) MPU business within NXP’s automotive division, delivering innovative advanced driver assistance technologies. Dr. Khouri also served in various engineering, product management, business development and strategy roles at Motorola, Freescale and AMD, holds several patents and has published over 25 technical journal and conference papers.

Dr. Khouri holds a degree in electrical engineering from Bucknell University and a master’s and Ph.D. from Princeton University.
