CRM – Customer Relationship Management 

To offer you the best Customer Support we make use of a CRM system. You can access your entry in our CRM system at any time and request changes if necessary. 
If we have received your business card, we will process your contact data in our e-mail system at first. As soon as we enter into a contractual relationship, we transfer your data into our CRM system. We do not transfer your data in any other way.

International Transfer 

GLOBALFOUNDRIES is headquartered in the United States and this website is also hosted in the USA. If you are located outside the United States, your information is transferred to the United States.  

Data and Data Subjects protected by the UK and EU GDPR: 
If we transfer your data from the European Economic Area, the protection of the data is governed by the following protected by the European Standard Contractual Clauses (06/2021). Further, we ensure that the European data protection standard is adhered to when transferring data to third countries. 

This section governs GF's obligations and rights, which go beyond the GF global data protection notice in response to the uniform law of the EU member states, the GDPR, applies. In addition, specific laws apply in each country of the EU as well as the UK Data Protection Act 2018 valid for those in the UK. 

To ensure the protection level outside the EU, the new Standard Contractual Claues will be agreed with all contractors of GlobalFoundries located outside the EU.

Recorded Meetings 

It is the policy of GlobalFoundries to refrain from the recording of meetings unless the purpose of the meeting is: 1) a significant business announcement where most employees will not be able to attend a single time slot or 2) a meeting organized to train employees on a particular skill or policy. The organizer of a meeting that is recorded will be responsible for the retention of that recorded meeting. In the case of a business announcement, it is to be deleted no later than 90 days after recording.  In the case of a training session, it is to be reviewed annually and deleted if no longer appropriate.
