Ed Kaste is Senior Vice President, CMOS Business at GF, a position he was appointed to in 2026. In this role, Mr. Kaste leads the company’s Ultra-low Power and feature-rich CMOS businesses that enables customers to deliver solutions for the end-markets GF serves: smart mobile devices, home and industrial Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, communications infrastructure and data center, and aerospace and defense.
