Thibaud Desfosses Vice President and Chief of Staff to CEO Thibaud Desfosses is Vice President and Chief of Staff to CEO, a position he was appointed to when he joined GF in 2023. Prior to joining GF, Mr. Desfosses provided strategic guidance to GF’s leadership team on commercial and procurement negotiations, pricing strategy and government affairs as part of Mubadala’s Operating Partner team. Previously, Mr. Desfosses was a part of McKinsey & Company Industrials group with a focus on supporting supplier negotiations and programs in business strategy, integration and transformation at leading American and European manufacturers, automotive OEMs and Defense contractors. Mr. Desfosses holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Geopolitics from HEC Paris.
