Sujatha Sankaran Chief of Staff to the CEO Sujatha Sankaran is Chief of Staff to the CEO of GF, a position she was appointed to in 2022. Previously, Ms. Sankaran was Senior Director of Technology Development and Quality, where her responsibilities included the introduction of quality management systems for 300 mm semiconductor manufacturing of GF’s innovative radio frequency (RF) and automotive solutions. She has more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry including in technology development, manufacturing, characterization, yield and supply chain. Prior to her career at GF, Ms. Sankaran held technical and management positions at IBM. Ms. Sankaran holds a Ph.D. in Physics with a focus on material science from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
